I have a user who has a Mac who is getting the error message:
"Your account doesn't allow editing on a mac. To learn more, contact your Admin about your office plan"
Not sure why he is getting this message when the other user's are not. Typically they don't even have to login but our VL Serializer works for them. Doesn't work for this user though and have already spent 3 hours on it.
When he logs into to the software he gets this error.

Currently we have a "Office 365 A1 for faculty" for all of our users
What do I need to make him be able to download office and edit documents?
Microsoft's license pages are a mess and I do not see this information anywhere
Can someone please tell me what Office 365 subscription license I need to be ?
