We pushed out MFA for our O365 accounts a few months back. After some user complaints we got management to get us Azure licensing so we could do conditional access and stop the prompts from users on our network.
My question is for user phones. After you change your password (Monthly), if you are on the WIFI, you are on a trusted network and not prompted for MFA. When you leave the network however you will be prompted and not get new mail in the meantime of course. While I could ask the users to just authenticate, I have a C-level individual who won't have any of that.
If there is any idea on how I can get the authentication to not keep popping up as you switch between trusted and untrusted networks (assuming you originally authenticate on a trusted network) it would be greatly appreciated!
