Xbox One not starting games/extremely laggy in other games

Figured I would post here too: I'm having some really weird trouble with my system (Xbox One S)

Starting probably Oct 21st, I started having trouble with a game called "My Time at Portia"; the game would be extremely laggy and it was super unusual (although the game has had some trouble loading things before, i figured because it was at a point where a lot of stuff was happening in game, that was probably the reason for it)

So i started up another game on my backlog, "Sable" and it worked ok for a bit but then i got to an area that was pretty dense, the framerate dropped and it started getting extremely laggy again.

Next on the backlog was "Outer Worlds" and that was the worst of the bunch, the intro cutscenes would stutter and stop and actually freeze while the audio continued playing.

So i just said "alright" and decided i would simply watch stuff online for the evening.

Last night i was finishing up some shows https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ i was watching when i wanted to check in on some halloween events on a few games. Thats when i noticed almost NOTHING was loading. The games wouldn't start at all, and if they did they would freeze or just display a black screen until it eventually booted me back to the home menu.

I have absolutely no idea whats going on, but i've tried everything i could think of. Hard resets, turning off instant on, clearing the cache, and even a console reset. The only error code i noticed i got was 0x80070bfa which seems to be a generic error with Xbox Live (some of the games i tried didn't even have an online portion and i don't believe an online connection is the problem)

The only thing i could think of is a problem with some game or a system update? is there a way to roll back previous updates?
