All in 1 Video Conferencing Solution?

Are there any real all in 1 video conferencing solutions?
Our company is client serviced based and some clients exclusively use Zoom, some exclusively use Google Meet, Webex, Skype, etc. The pressure I'm facing is being able to implement a mobdro kodi system that works with everything. I thought Zoom Rooms on Mac Minis were the answer, but seems like we'd need a bunch of 3rd party services/software.
