"Multimedia Web Design" or, "Digital Media and Web Technologies"?

The title of my course (and therefore degree title) is currently, "Multimedia Web Design" but since I enrolled on the course 4 years ago, the title has changed for new students to, "Digital Media and Web Technologies".
Everyone in my course year has been given the option to change their degree title, should we so chose but I can't make my mind up.
