We are an MSP with an increasing number of customers moving, or having moved to Office 365. Our past few migrations have gone reasonably well, though we have had issues with finding limitations with things like sharepoint etc.
We would also like to be able to help customers get more from Office 365, and whilst there is a dizzying amount of information on Office 365, some of it is fairly average.
Current Best Practices, knowing which product replaces what on-prem products like File Servers, helping customers (and ourselves get more out of Teams).
I am not 100% sure what am asking, but it would be good to see what the gold standard in best practice and utilization looks like.
Particularly I'd really like to understand how I can do better project management with teams etc as well.
